We had a great ride. Beautiful 2 masted ketch and well maintained. The Captain offered a lot of good information and some humor as well. Well worth it and we will absolutely go again.

We took a 6 pm tour and really enjoyed seeing how lovely the coast is from the ocean. It was a beautiful night and we watched the sun set with the sound of Loons calling as we headed back. Captain Bob was friendly and informative.
We just came back from a great trip with Captain Bob and Rudder! We had beautiful weather and Bob made sure we have the best experience by providing us with a clean, well-maintained boat. Covid friendly for sure and having a dog on board was awesome! We lucked out and have the entire boat to ourselves, and my son was even able to drive the boat for quite some time. I believe we have a sailboat fan for life now! I felt his prices were very reasonable, he offered great insight to the local area, and was able to answer our questions. Definitely worth every penny! Will certainly return if we make it back to Rockland again! Thanks Bob (you, too, Rudder!)
Even though the wind was pretty calm, Captain Bob and his first mate, Kent sailed us well out past the breakwater light and went up close to it on the way back in... Gorgeous day and only 3 other passengers on the boat that is certified for 21 people. We met his yellow lab pup, Rudder, who greeted us enthusiastically!! Bob took the time to show us how lobster traps work with his model trap and shared stories and history of the area. Very much enjoyed it!!
We have been out with Captain Bob several times and it’s always the highlight of our trip to Maine. The boat is amazing with all the woodwork and attention to detail. Captain Bob is a wealth of information and area history. He is so down to earth and eager to answer any you have. We highly recommend A Morning in Maine to everyone we can.
