Ryli has changed my life! For years I have been self-conscious about my unwanted hair and now I no longer have to be. In my first few visits I've already experienced incredible results. She put me at ease from the start with a free consultation where she answered every question I had and then some. I recommend her to anyone and don't delay ... My only regret is I didn't seek her out sooner!

Riley is wonderful. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable. She does not rush into things and does not make you do things you don't want to do. Riley knows a lot about what she is doing; full of knowledge. She is very patient and guides you through everything. The only thing I wish she could fix is: returning phone calls. She is not the fastest at returning phone calls, it takes her a couple of days but as long as my unwanted hair is gone, I don't care. Woo Hoo!
Ryli is the person that does the hair removal. She is highly unprofessional and is often late to appointments. She did not have the class or professionalism to give more than two minutes notice that she was going to be late for an appointment and stated that she had an \emergency\. I will never recommend anyone to see her. She also accepts cash only which calls to question just how legal her business operations are. Good luck with this one. I dodged a bullet.
I agree completely with another reviewer who said Ryli is often late, although I will change this to say ALWAYS LATE! Except the several times she just didn't show up to our appointment at all!! She is unprofessional and unreliable. If you actually get work done by her, she does a decent job but after I switched to another electrolysis clinic I realized she was not even treating the area at the end of appointment to keep inflammation to a minimum. I would always be very inflamed after appointments but I though that was normal since this was the only electrolysis I had ever had. Her office is clean but I do not recommend going here. She is very young and this shows in her lack of running a dependable business. She also incorrectly scheduled one of my appts and then charged my package for the appointment as a missed appt on my behalf even though it was her scheduling error! After a year of working with her, I was never late to any appt or missed any appointment which she could not say about a single one of our appts!! I felt like that was very dishonest! I tried to get all later appts in writing so that she couldn't charge a missed appointment against me again. I found another place after finishing several packages with Ryli and I'm happy to be finished with her services! She is running Mommy's business into the ground. Interesting that you say you give one \free pass\ because you didn't offer that to me when you incorrectly scheduled an appointment and then counted me as a no show!!! It's also ironic that you blame previous appointments for your delays when you were usually walking in late with a Starbucks coffee. So your previous client must have been a coffee date?? Again, unprofessional and poor business management.
