They had what I needed but the space heaters I rented kept shutting off their heat supply every 10 minutes so you basically had to sit there with them all night which I wasn't going to do. Also the propane tanks they gave me I assumed we're full and both were nearly empty. That's fine, but you got to tell me. No complaints about the personnel or service itself, they were friendly and professional.

Went into A tool shed off of the frontage road looking for a special battery connection power cord for the company's bucket lift. We hadn't had any luck finding the special connector needed at other places. A Shed called their repair shop over the hill and had one custom made and delivered to the Soquel shop within 4 hours. Wanted to thank them for doing all that for us, it was beyond great customer service. They just gained a new customer. I will for sure use them in my future equipment rental needs. Thank you A tools.

I rented a chainsaw, cashier asked no questions about what size, etc, just decided to give me the most expensive one. It took them about an hour to get the chain installed, first guy failed, got a coworker to do it. No instructions about how to use the saw were offered, not what to watch out for. After about a dozen cuts, at the job site, the blade fell off. When I brought it back in pieces, they gave me a lecture about it being my responsibility to tighten the blade. I've never had any issue like this with other rental chainsaws, so wasn't watching out for this. Generally, the staff was uncommunicative to the point of being rude. So, I think this shop has serious organizational and training issues. I will never, ever rent from them again.
