This is the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. One of the staff members (JEFF) is rude and unprofessional. When you ask him questions about your car he will get mad start yelling at you, curse at you or hang up the phone up on you. He charges fees that are outrageous and if you do not pick your car up when he states so he will lock the front door when he knows you are coming so he can charge you additional storage fees. This is the worst towing company in Murfreesboro.
