This was a very Informative class. The Instructor was effective and powerful with a punch of humor but, kept the class on their toes however, you should expect nothing less when dealing with such an Important subject as learning how to handle a Gun. Unfortunately, because of all of the tears in my rotor cups, I was not able to hold up the gun very long so was not able to shoot, but my husband did and actually found a new respect for the power in such a small item to him being 6’8” tall and a big kind hearted alpha male. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Especially, now that you seriously need to consider protecting your HOME at this time in our Country where there is so much controversy going on.

I bought my very first weapon from here. Customer service was great. I didn't feel rushed or belittled. She took the time to answer all my questions and let me handle many weapons before finally deciding on my new love the Tarus!!! I love that I was able to customize with the colors I really wanted. It only took about 6 days to have it ready for pick up! I'll definitely buy from here again.

Very bad customer service. Purchased a Browning A5 shotgun for 1800. Picked it up 16 Dec 20 in the case. At home, used the manual to try and assemble the barrel to the receiver. Bolt would not retract. Went back to AA 17 Dec and asked \Can you help\. Answer: \We won't touch the gun. Send it back to Browning for warranty repair. How long for that? Don't know.\ I packed up the gun, returned home, and called Browning customer support. Tech stepped me thru a very simple fix. Would have been nice if AA (1) knew their product and (2) were willing to help fix the issue.

I've used AA Tactical several times now. They have sold me parts, done work on my bow, and have done an out of state transfer for me. I've always had a good experience at AA Tactical, and they've always kept me updated on progress. The lady behind the counter is always very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Even the young girl who I've seen in the shop several times was very knowledgeable (probably more knowledgeable than I ... I'm 47) when I brought my bow in for repairs. She even picked out some awesome colors for my bowstring. I don't always get this kind of treatment in our local gun shops because I am a long haired (conservative) country boy!
