I called for my husband, and they were very rude and hung up. I’ve called a couple months about just asking about their prices, and the staff is VERY unprofessional, there more bail bonds near, but this one is absolutely no good. Unprofessional people. Period.

This office staff was awesome. I called with no idea what to do or even how to go about the process since i was not in san marcos. Shaea explained everything in detail offered me options and kept me informed!! I called a few other places but this staff was so nice and never felt bothered by me asking a ton of questions or calling more than once. I hope we never have to do this again but i would use them 100x over..

Some of the staff is very very rude, just a warning. If you're wanting friendly service I wouldn't consider this place, there's a lot more businesses that are literally located next to it, I would take my business there before here.
