No personal transportation from towing site- people are more important than the vehicles- Covid or no Covid!
The person was professional and very helpful. Even printed up a trip tik while I waited.
They left me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree heat saying I was not covered when I clearly was. As a \courtesy\ they offered to call a tow truck for me if I paid 100% out of pocket for the tow. After hours of arguing after the fact, they finally realized that I was entitled and re-funded me for the tow 3 months later. The reason for the mistake \the agent got confused looking at your status in the system when you made the trouble call\.
