They will tell you your car is fixed and you break down later that day. After multiple times towed back and them selling me a very overpriced part . car still wasnt fixed and tgey recommend you go else where. But not before they scam you out of 900

I trust AAA Lawrenceville Car Care to honestly diagnose what is wrong with my car. They don't use high pressure sales techniques to try to add on unneeded services. They provide excellent customer service. I've been going there for a couple of years now, and this has been my consistent experience.

Save Your Time and Money, Go Somewhere Else. Service has been going downhill since I started going there. I had an oil change done there once, which as a AAA premier member comes with a free tire rotation that was never done. (I always mark my tires beforehand) I had my car towed there for a starter and battery, cost me about 700 bucks, which wasn't too bad, but then they did the mechanic thing where they find a problem you didn't know existed and said I needed some kind of vacuum hose, I was like sure go ahead and order it. Part never came, 3 weeks of waiting I gave up and decided to get a refund. This was all in august, Waited 8 weeks like they told me because it was coming from AAA corporate, as of writing this review, I still have not received my refund. This is after several phone calls and visit to even get a response from them. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am not satisfied with the work received from this facility. In November, I brought my car to AAA Car Care due to a check engine light. AAA Car Care diagnosed the issue, and replaced all 4 coils and spark plugs. Few weeks go by, and the check engine light reappears again. Since I have my own OBDII Reader, I checked and it pulled the same code as before. I took the car back to AAA, who stated it was an issue with the coils, so they replaced them once more. A week and a half passes by, and the light is back on. At this point I'm frustrated. I again took the car back, same code, same issue. NOW THIS TIME they REPLACED the coils with OEM. Now 3 months from the first initial service, the issue has not been resolved!!!! I BARELY DRIVE THE CAR!! Replacing the coils & spark plugs is 100% not the problem. I have since taken the vehicle to a dealer's shop and pending their diagnostic. UPDATE: Dealership determined Tech whom installed coil at AAA, bent the pins on the cable.

Got brakes done and they charged me close to 500. I thought it would be cheaper going to AAA. That obviously is not the case. I was quoted a much lower price on the phone. Why didn’t they quote me the total price and other(hidden? I.e shop fee?) charges on the phone? Got it done since I was already there. Had I known ahead of time definitely would not have gotten it done there. I cannot recommend given how much more expensive AAA car care center is compared to others who can the same routine brake replacement service for a lot less. Cannot say I’d go back there for any future service again.
