I had a question and I spoke to Lisa, she was great, she said she would find out the answer, she called me back with it. Great personality, very helpful and an asset to your company.
We want in to get help planning a trip to Hawaii. We were greeted fairly quickly. The associate was ice\ enough. We informed her that some of our plans were still up in the air but we were planning ahead. She took our information down, and information about our trip. She said that she had an appointment that was waiting on her. We didn't have a problem with that since we just walked in. The associate said she begin researching for our trip and will contact us at the end of the week. That was fine....that was 2 weeks ago. Disappointed with the experience since I've never used a travel agent before. I'll give them a second chance in the future.
We needed Passport photos and AAA offered them at a good price. Easy in and out experience and convenient location.
They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
