I am not sure if the people are unqualified or the technology is inferior or both. I ordered 1300 worth of security cameras that were installed. After the camera installation, my master hub entering the house kept shorting out and they sent someone four different times to try to fix it. Finally, they replaced the unit. The cameras now don't work, they only record to a box, but I can't access them through our phone, which was the whole reason we bought the cameras to begin with. After all the technical issues, I was sent a bill for 106 for repairs to something that wasn't sold or installed correctly in the first place. I refused to pay the epair\ bill and was sent to collections. An absolute joke of a company. Don't get sucked into the same trap as me.

I have been using AAA Systems for home security now for more than 8 years. I can't say that I have ever had even one complaint about them. I just got my second home security system with them after moving to a new place and am still equally as pleased, if not more. They offer some of the best pricing and best service around. The installer Michael was also great. Great personality and professional. He explained everything he was installing and took all the time I needed to understand each piece of equipment. AAA has been an excellent choice for home security. It is dependable, wireless, and reliable. During installation, appointments were kept and in a timely manner. Our only reservation is the remote access is through AT&T and in our area, that means it is slower than we would prefer. This is our ONLY drawback. We highly recommend AAA.
