I've used this business for its tag & title service, travel agency services, and today, for the first time, the automotive services. I've always had good experiences here, but today's was exceptional. When I called last week to make an appointment, the man who answered the phone, Allen, was extremely helpful, scheduling my oil change and helping me take advantage of a tire promotion I was interested in. He even called back the next day to confirm that the tires I wanted were available and covered by the promotion. When I went in today for my appointment, the store was extremely clean an took every Covid precaution. Tim, who checked me in and out, was friendly, professional, and prompt. Upon arriving home after my happy experience, I noticed a small issue on my ticket. When I called back and spoke to Rich, he too was courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for professional automotive or travel services. Thanks, AAA!

I went in to get my car’s battery replaced and they didn’t have the right wrench because my car battery was in a weird spot, but they spent over an hour tracking down the right one for the job. They could’ve said “we can’t help you, sorry.” but they didn’t. They made it work. Thank you!!!
Had my vehicle towed via AAA to this location and after a week I was notified that they were unable to do the work. I’m having engine issues and they told me it would be 6k for a new engine. I knew this couldn’t be correct. I had my vehicle retowed via AAA to another mechanic shop and they repaired the car for 200 bucks. I will never trust taking any of my vehicles to this location. AAA also never reimbursed me for having to tow my vehicle away from a shop they recommended. Do not bring your vehicle here.
The staff here is amazing. They know who I am as soon as I walk through the door. They're very through with every process from the beginning to the end.
I was greeted by the staff as I entered the service center. Although I was early for my appointment my car was immediately taken in for service . The oil change and check up was completed in about three quarters of an hour and I was out the door. The staff has taken many extra precautions due to the covid crisis. I was impressed they even disinfected the pen I was to use to sign the service ticket. I've been dealing with this AAA center for more than 10 years and would not think of going elsewhere
