I get both of my cars serviced here - I have never had anything but the best experience. Nice people and quality, reasonably-priced work. Thanks AAA.

Avoid. One tech told me my Subaru has a Porsche engine, which it clearly does not. One head tech could not reattach an inside rear view mirror since it had an electrical fitting which only can attach one way. He said he did not know how to do it. So I plugged it in. If they don't know this stuff you have to wonder what else do they not know.

We got our titles transfered from out of state and license plates here. It was very easy and quick. No wait, took about 20&30 minutes for 2 cars. I would highly recommend!

Do not recommend. Moved to PA in March. First I went in to register my car in PA, and they messed up the code for the old state. Minor mistake, easily fixed, but a sign of things to come. It wasn't until my husband had to register his car two months later that I found out I had to have my car inspected, and apparently it was supposed to happen within a certain time frame of getting it registered. (I know this seems obvious to locals, but I'm not from here! No one said anything, so I figured my car must not need an emissions test, as it's still pretty new. That's how other states work.) So I go to get my car inspected. Emissions passes but safety doesn't due to a crack in the windshield that has been filled. I'm told I have to have it refilled/replaced. So I do that. It takes two weeks (because hello insurance). I pay 450 out of pocket for a new windshield because I was told I had to. Then I try to take the car in for the safety sticker only to be told that I will have to pay for another inspection! Apparently there was a 10 day time limit, which I was never told about! I refuse to give them any more money. In 4 months I've paid for membership renewal, registration, inspection of my car and my husband's, and an oil change, and they can't even do me the courtesy of finishing a job I've already paid for! In short, costly and VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Also constant upselling. **Update: corporate saw my review and reached out. My inspection has now been completed free of additional charge.**

My battery died in the WholeFoods parking lot and the guy who worked at AAA walked the jump box out in the 20 degree cold to help me jump it. He could have easily called the road crew but he personally helped me instead. I have had my car serviced there as well. Very reliable and professional. I am a AAA member.
