Service here is awesome! The blinds in my house had an issue and Karin requested photos of the broken part and then ordered replacement pieces and even extras. I just picked them up and she asked to call when I got them put together so she would know if it worked or if we need to keep at it. These are older blinds that were in a home when we purchased it. I am amazed at the offer to help me on these older blinds— all with a smile and no cost. Wow! I recommend this business if you care about customer service, even way, way, down the line.

Karen was so helpful picking out flooring, quartz countertops and backsplash. It looks amazing! She made sure everyone stayed on track and followed up with us after completion. I wish I would have done this sooner!

I had previously spoken with Karen, but I needed to gather my square footage information. So I took time off work today to get the order placed. Karen was not there. There was a young woman there who could not give good explanations of product or prices and there was no way I was going to get the order placed with this woman. Why have this person left alone as a sales person if she couldn't help. So afternoon wasted, and I wasnt able to get flooring ordered.
