We love our carpet and the installers were wonderful. Bob did a great job once he took over for Mick. Getting samples and a straight answer from Mick was not an enjoyable experience. We almost went someplace else. But Mary and Bob and the installers saved the day. Mick needs to retire.

I needed carpet for my master suite addition and after being underwhelmed by the selection and timeline from Home Depot, I decided to check out Abbey. I initially met Mick and when he didn’t have a sample of an option I was considering, he let me take home part of his display in order to show my husband. And we’re not talking about the board, but a piece of his actual display. When I brought it back the next business day, Brian assisted me in finding something that was within my budget and my very particular taste. Brian was out at my house the next day to measure and had a price for me within hours. My carpet took less time to arrive than anticipated and install happened the very next day. After install, Brian’s follow up was appreciated as he called to make sure everything went well. All in I think it was a week and a half from my very first visit to carpet installed whereas Home Depot was quoting me three weeks minimum. Also, the carpet seems to be of a higher quality and fits my needs better than what I would have had if I had gone somewhere else. I felt as though Brian really listened to what I wanted and never pressured me into something more expensive. I definitely recommend Brian and Abbey Carpet!

I would give no stars if I could. Our first experience was when my husband went to the store and talked to a sales rep. The guy couldn't understand what my husband was asking for so he walked out. My husband gave it another shot. Bob came to the house and took some measurements. Explained how they could install wood similar to what we already have and how they would take up some of the connecting wood planks to blend it in. Since we wanted the rest of our wood floors refinished anyway this would work out perfect. I was excited. I have wanted to have the floors redone and get rid of the carpet in the dining room. Weeks go by, nothing. September 10/11 I call and ask for Bob. I am told her is with a customer and they take my name and number. No call back. September 12th I texted Bob's cell phone. Bob swears he should have the information he needs to complete the bid by Monday (September 14th). 3 weeks later still nothing.

Absolutely unmatched expertise and service. Bob was our carpet consultant. He knows everything about modern carpeting, the science of it, the materials, etc. He helped us pick exactly the right grade and color and manufacturer of the carpet material. His quote was fair. His carpet laying crew was headed by a guy named Vico. They moved our furniture around, were courteous, and did a first rate job expertly placing the carpet. Our living area looks brand new, and we have Abbey Carpet to thank!
