Would not recommend in the slightest. Bought a sewing machine and used it twice before there was a mechanical problem, brought it in and their repair man could not fix it. It will be months before they will get a new one in and they refuse to give us a refund. Don't waste your money here. The owner clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or quality products.

Abbey Sewing is a great place to visit to get started with all your sewing needs. The staff is so kind and helpful. They have different machines that you can choose from. Each one comes with personal training and support whenever you need it. With your machine purchase, they offer sewing classes to work on special projects in a group setting. Nancy, Sara, Flo and Clark all teach the best methods to use for your machine. I have never met such an amazing group who go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Abbey Sewing offers sewing notions as well as the best stabilizers in the market. I love their Events which include the newest techniques to make your projects look beautiful. Keep up the great work Abbey Sewing Team. You are Awesome!! Sophia

My Mom has terminal cancer and had brought a sewing machine in 3 different times that she bought from them and they “fixed” it for it to only stop working again and again. She has intense treatments and was tired of having to lug it back and forth and explained her situation and asked for her money back. The manager on duty was extremely rude and the owner, Clark Sampson, was especially rude! Told my Mom it was her fault and refused to give her money back. Please save your money and give it to a business who will treat you with compassion. I don’t see how Joann’s even allows someone like that run a business in theirs that way.

Love, love this store. Abbey Sewing Center's Staff are amazing. They have helped me fall in love with sewing all over again. I purchased an Epic Designer Embroidery Machine by Husqvarna Viking in August of 2018. Every morning I get up and can't wait to start creating. Thanks to the staff, Clark, Nancy, Sara & Flo, I have learned so much in such a short time under their guidance. They are talented and very patient with me and my questions. Thank you Abbey for being the best Sewing Center in the Midwest. Will always be a loyal customer! Sophia Dickey
