The employee that helped me couldn't even give me a best guess on a shingle age much less help me find the right shingle to complete the repair. The individual acted like I was bothering him...that just didn't seem right. Poor customer service. He went to his manager and they also couldn't even give me a best guess on age. If you want a good deal on product go to lowes or home depot. On Average they save me 1,000.00 - 1,700.00 per order.
