The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The branch manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is trying to bill contractors for money they do not owe. He then threatens to turn you into collections and cancel your account. Then hangs up the phone after he gets the last word in. Do not shop at this branch.

Forklift operators work hard despite being short staffed again. Too congested for the amount of semis at the location. Smoother operation and adequate staff this place would be on point
