I hate to have to say it but this guy is a straight up d*ck. I went in to have the screen on my Samsung s7 replaced and first off he took four days to fix it which is fine you know I'll wait as long as I get a nice product back. NOPE. Everything was working fine for exactly SIX days. On the 6th day I wake up from a nap only to discover a glitch line an inch up from the bottom of my phone. I call him and Ben says to come in and he'll take a look at it. So I drive the 30 minutes to go out there and he tells me (and very rudely might I add) that it's physical damage and he will not fix it. Now there is zero possibility this was caused by me because my phone is kept in an otter box and hadn't been dropped once. Needless to say I decided to get a second opinion and go to another shop where the nice gentleman there told me the LCD was likely damaged when he put it in there. I wouldn't reccomend his shop due to the insanely poor customer service. I'm now irritated and 200 out of pocket just for my phone to be once again broken after only 6 days.

I unfrankly have to share my terrible experience at this location I went to support my local Electric repair shop to get an iPod classic screen replaced I had bought the screen and just wanted to have it installed. When I picked up, the iPod Ben told me he could not fix it and charged me 85. The second time I went to Ben was to have an old computer of mine have its data restored on to a USB. Cost me over 100, and the pictures and data were not able to be transferred to a mac he said it showed on his computer. I also had my Macbook have pop-ups and wanted him to look at it. He also had my IMac 2010 model and i even bought a new logic board to fix the issue he installed it and the computer still did not work. I was forced to dump it and just buy a new one from apple store that cost me well over 1,500. He restored my laptop and charged me 85, and till this day I still have pop-ups. Why would I go again?
