AVOID! Hired to do regular lawn service...they came once and never came back. They don’t keep you updated on when they will come or if they can’t complete service, you have to stalk them down for updates and then they just stopped responding on my request for an update. When I cancelled my service due to poor service and explained my frustrations, they basically tried to blame me and parking for their horrible service (note, I never suggested they “park a few blocks away”...I just casually mentioned that the cross street, 3 houses down, always has parking). Zero apology or attempt to keep you as a customer. Definitely one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever experienced! The company we are using now was shocked at the poor quality of the “clean up work” they charged us for early in the season.
