I absolutely love this place. Kylie is amazing at what she does. I couldn’t even describe properly what I needed help with, but she managed to understand exactly what I meant. She really helped with my sciatic pain. I highly recommend the sauna also.

I seen Russell with sciatic nerve pain. That hurt so bad I would stop mid step. Russell did a eval before starting my massage he had a plan on where to start he explained what he would be doing. During my massage he explained every step. He helped me relaxe so I would get the best results. I can not speak highly enough about Russell. I walked out of there without stopping are hurting. AMAZING

Russell is extremely talented in his ability to tailor every therapy session to root out pain, repair injuries, and provide step by step explanations of what work he's doing. As someone who suffers from pain daily due to scoliosis, Russell's therapy work has blended well with chiropractic and exercise, allowing me to feel less pain and work towards long term maintenance of my body (while also reducing my need for biweekly adjustments!) Taking care of my body is the best remedy for stress and helps me plan for a long term, active, and healthy lifestyle. I would recommend Russell's work to anyone dedicated to feeling their best in their own body, naturally!

I had such bad shoulder pain that I couldn't move my neck. Im a hairstylist that has my shoulders up all day. I couldnt look down or up. It was on a friday night at 5 and he got me in last minute which saved me! Great communication and told me everything he would do and why. Very relaxing atmosphere also. I will be back. So glad I found them!

I originally went to see Russell at Aberdeen Massage because I suffered with chronic migraines. Since seeing him for almost a year now I haven't missed one day of work due to a migraine, and have had no migraines since. The staff at Aberdeen Massage is professional, informative and very easy to work with!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
