Our monthly electric bill was cut in half. We’ve had the system for 10 months now and we are very happy! Great company. Highly recommend.

My biggest thanks and wholehearted appreciation go out to the team at Comfort Services for their expedient response for servicing gas logs, ordering a new set and installing them in a tight turn around window. It took a lot of communication and coordination and they were in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. The fireplace showroom had many varieties of logs to choose from (well worth a visit if you're in the market for a new set) and Carol McDuffie is an expert navigator who offered professional advisement and excellent customer service. Working with Nancy and Lisa in scheduling was a joy, as they are competent, customer focused and really listen!! I am so dulled out by honey badgers who do not understand the basics of dealing with the public, that to come across these two ladies who are energetic, kind, helpful, responsive, they really create a personal touch for this business and are the reason I will reach out to Comfort Services whenever the need arises. The service and install team, Miguel, Jeremy and Jospeh were knowledgeable, polite, and cleanly in their work, always arriving within the time frame scheduled. Exemplary team, excellent service and easy to highly recommend.
