Heard great things about Keith & Co. regarding irrigation work. Unfortunately, they were not responsive to calls over about 5-6 months of trying. After a few VMs, they responded and said that they would call back in about 4-6 weeks to schedule something. They never called back, so a few more rounds of VMs ensued and then no response at all. I called a few weeks ago giving them one last chance and of course no response. I understand if the company is busy, but I felt I was stringed along and then they had no intent to follow through with a potential appt. Wasted a lot of time, more than I should have, but heard such great things about them that I really wanted them to do our complete overhaul. Went with a different local company who was professional and responsive and did great work (got grass).
