Friendly staff, good customer service, drive-through and parking lot, not so many spaces for parking
I will say that the location for the drive through is terrible. This particular location tends to move on the slower side of Starbucks service, but the 2 times that I did sit in line for more than 30 mins..... they did not charge me for my drinks. My wife took my 4 year old in with her due to the long traffic line, ordered, and was waiting for her drink when one of the male employees walked up and handed her a mask for our kid; and walked away. Short of suffocating your kid with your hand to hold the mask on, 4 year olds tend to be difficult when dealing with state mandates and mandatory masks.....Tend to forget that not everyone has common sense. When we are in the area, and the line isn’t terribly long, we will stop by.
5 stars for good service, typically, for a Starbucks. The regular baristas are awesome. 3 stars for inconvenience, the wait times are long and who on earth picked the location of this store... It's ridiculous. Evens out to 4 stars I guess. Please build a new location.
The drinks are on par w Starbucks quality. The biggest issue is its horrible location. The drive thru line often snakes out of its tiny allotted area into the street between this shopping area and the one next door, blocking traffic flow. So even if you're not visiting this Starbucks you can be affected by the drive thru line. I usually mobile order for this location and walk over from tj maxx, although there is often a line for mobile pick up as well. Would not recommend this location if you're in a hurry or on the brink of road rage.
