I came for an oil change. Now I'm deciding if we'll go back to doing it on our own, out find another service center. I've been bringing my vehicles here for oil and lube for three years. However, this time I was not too happy. I was given a time-frame of 45 minutes, but it took over two hours. Also, I always have a quart of Lucas Oil Stabilizer added (which of course I purchase ahead). I also asked them to check for leaks underneath because I seen to be losing some oil and couldn't find any from the top. I want informed until after purchasing the Lucas and an hour into my wait time that they are no longer allowed to put additives; and no check for leaks was done, although they made it a point to note that the oil was low on my paperwork. When I finally got my vehicle back it was afternoon their closing hours and the section was closed up. I couldn't locate the service center personnel, so I had to go to customer service where they had front-end managers looking for my key and paperwork. After about 15-20 minutes someone from the service center brought my key up and dropped it off to customer service without saying anything.

They take over with low prices ect. Then it seems now that somehow they fire most all service techs. They closed before 2:00. Muti billion dollar store. Thank you. You monopoly! When you get big and powerful for the next hundered years people become puppets.
I was sold two new tires when I needed only one because I was told I needed two because of the speed rating and having different tires.... two months later come to rotate and find out they can’t be rotated because they aren’t the same tire as the other two I had. After going back and forth and telling me I had to order two MORE tires to fit the car Matt finally stepped in and ordered me the correct tires and they would be delivered within two days. 28 days later I’m getting my tires on and got lucky enough to set up an appointment. I have been in the waiting area for 2 hours and counting to get two tires put on. There was no wait when I arrived either. When asking when my car will be done I got “it ain’t ready”. I am a very patient person and understand but going back and forth for the last two months has really worked my nerves. I will not be back.
I would give them a zero star if it would let me. I’ve been to the auto center three times, once because I literally had a no other Choi at the time. The service is always horrible. It’s like trying to talk Eeyore. Are they even certified??? I’m just confused as how no one knew pricing, no one could tell me if there were more items in stock, and to top it off tried selling me a new tire with a bubble in it???? Please Walmart, find better workers that actually care about the quality of their work.
