Mr Covington is very nice and makes the whole process comfortable.Although I believe the rules should be changed as they were not helpful with offering be a safe haven. So that's the reason Hope Haven only got a 3 star rating, to which was given directly to Mr Covington who really deserves 5 ,,s As get us the only Good thing about Hope Haven.

The people who work at Hope Haven are dedicated to meeting people where they are at, and helping them to be independent and successful! Wonderful place and wonderful staff!
