My machine had previously been worked on at another store. The work was costly, took a long time to get back, and still didn't really work. Took it to Alton's! He looked at it, gave his opinion, and said he would contact me. In less than a week I heard from him, the cost was minimal, and my machine works like it was brand new!! ALTON'S is the place to go for sewing machine repairs!!!!!!
