This is a wonderful place for many of your gaming needs. The whole staff creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their variety of merchandise. Madelyn was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with looking for what I needed. I was also having trouble deciding on what game to buy. I told her that I become very indecisive when it comes to having too many choices, and she took the extra time to help me find something and she recommended an awesome game that I'm enjoying very much, so far. She also said that I could always come in and ask for her help looking for something. As someone who also has a touch of social anxiety, and doesn't want to bother anyone, or be a difficult customer, I appreciate that very much so. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be returning myself.

Its a great store with so many options. We loved going in, looking around, the gaming systems they sell are good prices too! My only reason for a 3 star rating is that they gave me the wrong game when I went. I live in Houston and can't go back within the 90 day warranty to fix the mistake.

I suggest checking the hours of operation before going. I'd say not to go if it's 15 minutes until close unless you like to be told to rudely leave. That way the staff have enough time to close the doors right at 6. My friends and I made this mistake and after the staff realized we had walked in a few minutes before close, they made it a point to have us out the door. They were very eager to "help" me and my friends by answering any questions I had and to finalize any selections I had made in the few seconds I had to look. Had the staff actually cared about customer service, they would have realized that I was the only person looking to make a purchase. I do Nintendo Switch and 3DS repair on the side and was looking to purchase all the consoles and controllers they had for spare parts. Some motherboard components (like fuses and some chips) are hard to find so getting donor boards have been how I've been getting by recently. After many people recommending me this place, I decided to check them out and I'm really disappointed to say the least. Coming so late wasn't intentional this time but I tend to like going to places like this later in the day when the place isn't busy because (from past experiences in other used games stores) checking me out takes a bit of time and I hate wasting other customer's time. I'd also suggest talking to the owner directly for big purchases like the one I was interested in. That way you don't run into any problems like I did. As for me, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Planning to go there again, bought many items for my first time there. The place has a plethora of things for a specific variety of customers, from mangas to games and movies, posters, cards, also vinyls and best of all, old classic gaming systems so you can relive your nostalgic childhood! They have deals like buy one get one free on certain things, so make sure to ask before you buy! Like their Facebook in person and they'll give you a 10% discount on your purchase! Like other stores, you can sell them your items you have collecting dust at home. (Computer games and Music CDs not accepted) So go buy a Bob Ross energy drink at their store and enjoy the day.

Came in at about 11 today and was suprised at how much selection they have, Awesome prices and great little store. The girl working there was super cool and helped me with all my questions and was super patient and kind to me, a big thing for me is customer service and the girl there did a great job making me feel welcome, I didnt get her name but she had shoulder length blonde hair and was super cool! Great store and badass staff, Will def be back!

First of all this place has extremely poor customer service. It was awful standing there waiting while this guy with 60 or more discs being checked. One of the female workers was extremely rude. If your going to work in the type of customer service expansion then at the least have a little bit of compassion for your customers. When another guy came in she helped him right away (mind you I had been standing there for about 35 minutes by now) , she had been glancing at me the whole time I was standing there. Finally I go up to her myself and get help. She does her job horribly and roughly as I'm standing in there. The guy was very helpful when I called the day before, but he did not acknowledge me when I went in there. It was also kinda cold in there so if you don't mind fixing that would be great. Not like I'm not going in that store ever again after this experience, but it would be nice for the future "customers".
