First impressions are everything! In June we were looking at a new to us suv I saw one on the website and made an appointment to see it. When we arrived they showed us a dirty inside and out suv with hail damage that was not disclosed and was a smoker’s vehicle also not disclosed. When we brought up the fact they wasted our time all they wanted to do was show us cars that were not what we wanted. Fast forward to today we recently purchased a Mazda from a private seller. Naturally we wanted Mazda to do the first service on the car to make sure it was all good fluids and such. They never offered to show us any of the fluid levels or colors we weren’t given any type of report that showed they even did a check on anything. I’ll be checked the oil when we get home to make sure that was even changed. And it was expensive for getting what we feel was sub par service. We will be taking it to another dealership in the future. I’ll have a hard time ever purchasing with this dealer if this is the quality we can expect.

Best, easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience, EVER! I never look forward to getting a new car because of the experience - till this time. We lost both our vehicles during the hail storm in Angelo May 2020. Everything in Angelo was damaged, so we drove to Abilene to find one. Ozzy, our salesperson, let us drive everything we wanted, and never pushed any one car on us. Zero pressure. He knows what he's doing!!!! We got a great deal, and the buying process was SO easy. The Jeep looked amazing when we picked it up, too. I can't say enough good about them. Highly recommend.
