I practically begged them to fix the leaky skylights caused by the rubber roof they installed. They've come to my house at least 7 times and the many reasons they tell me they haven't fixed my skylights it make me cry. My plaster is ruined and I wish I never used them. My skylights are leaking right now. They were so nice in the beginning.
I can honestly say I have never used this company and never will, simply because on a regular basis you can find one of their vans in Brooklyn buying drugs. Like clockwork.
No return to voicemail messages and they hang up on phone calls.
