This store absolutely does what they say they will do. I purchased a patio set with a 10 year warranty. After 9 years, 3 of the chairs were having issues (bolts were working loose). When I called to see if I could bring them up for them to look at, they came and picked up the chairs and they reminded me that I had a 10 year warranty, and they ordered 3 new identical chairs. Plus... they delivered them to me. They couldn’t have been any nicer or more courteous. I’m saving up for a big green egg, and I will purchase from Al Fresco In Abingdon
