Chris is a great guy. Super honest and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater, and provided alternate solutions in detail. He also provided personal and professional advice on the matter, and did not try to upsell any products or services. He was very straight with me, and I appreciate that. There office personnel are also great, and provided great customer service. Again, they offered out of the box solutions to me problem, which will likely save me a lot of time, money, and headaches. Great company.

Chris from PlumbCrazy was everything you’d hope for in a plumbing technician when your getting water in your basement and you don’t know why. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a quote that was fair and affordable. He didn’t try to up-sell me or overwhelm me with estimates for other projects that weren’t a priority (which a previous technician from another company did). He wrote me out a quote and scheduled a time to be at my house the NEXT day. He called me 30 minutes before his arrival on the day of the repair, and he had everything he needed to complete the job in a quick and efficient manner so that I could get back to my job on time. Chris had good advice about next steps for preventing further leaks in my basement, and he also showed me how to winterize our hose bib for the future. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Plumbcrazy to friends and family. I’m happy with the work that was completed and I’m confident it will help solve our basement moisture issues. Chris covered the area before he began working and he cleaned up on his way out. He left so quickly and professionally I couldn’t even give him a tip as a token of our gratitude (although his work was worthy of one). UPDATE: Had the opportunity to work with Benny, another technician, and Steve, the Supervisor, on a followup, and both individuals were helpful and courteous. Would definitely use Bogan's PlumbCrazy again. Positive experience.
Danny came out to my property on Friday and did an outstanding job with taking care of everything. The property was listed for sale with a number of issues to be fixed before it would be sold. Danny was prompt, courteous, and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was in tip-top shape without breaking the budget. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for quality work done at great rates.
Chris Cottrell, the service technician who came to fix my shower on January 17, 2021, was on time, professional, and courteous. He explained the repair before starting the work, and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. When he was through, my shower no longer leaked. I would recommend him to anyone calling PlumbCrazy for a repair job. Also, I was quite pleased by the company's reasonable rates. I called for emergency service on a Sunday, so I expected to pay at least three times what I was charged. Again, I will recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors who need a plumber.
Plumbcrazy replumbed our entire house within a few days. All of the plumbers were punctual and respectful. We highly recommend Chris, our project manager, who we loved working with. Please call them if you have a plumbing need!
