My mom worked for ABM for about a year and half. She submitted her request for direct deposit on 3 separate occasions and followed up numerous times, still no direct deposit. Fast forward to December 2020, where she worked hard for her final check but had to go back to Jamaica indefinitely. I called ABM on her behalf on 2 separate occasions and spoke to a lady who informed me that an Anthony would be calling me back to decide how my mom should be paid since she’s in Jamaica. I’ve called back and left messages.. still no call back from anyone. Though difficult as it may be, my mon tried calling from Jamaica.. no one answered the phone. How do we resolve this? Where is the accountability?

If I could give 0 stars I would! One of the employees work at a Duval County school and screamed and yelled at my child and other kids calling them animals all because a child spilled water!!! Lack of professionalism working at around children at its best! This incident happed about 2 weeks ago and nobody from that company has reached out! Very sad to have people work for you that address kids as such!

Interview process in Jacksonville is extremely unprofessional and will drag on for weeks upon weeks with no follow up. They will barely return emails or phone calls. Dont waste your time on this company until they get their act together and look professional.

Very unprofessional & no type of communication. Management is terrible also they will be sleak of moving you not trying to tell you beforehand
