For some reason this location wasn't showing up when I was looking for an AC Moore, issue may have been resolved. Was pleased to find this location tucked back in this shopping center. A major improvement from their location in Philadelphia, what else to say other than that.
The store is well stocked and clean. The workers are friendly and are willing to answer questions. If there is something not on the self, you can them to look it up and see if another store may have them and how many are in stock. The prices are lower the Michaels and it is just a great ran organization!
Usually I have a great experience as they have everything I need. Today the one cashier was rude to my two year old son. I get he was pulling on the bags and that's not right but her tone was rude and he is two not seven. Please have your cashiers be a little bit nicer to young ones.
We love A. C. Moore. But over the past few years, it has just gotten dirty. It doesn't break the bank to wipe off shelves while re-stocking. Small floor-cleaning machines are inexpensive and highly effective. These are simple, daily activities that make a huge difference to the patrons. Another issue is the over-abundance of scented items at the front door area. I shouldn't have to suffer an allergy attack every time I get within 5 feet of the doors to enter the building. On a positive note, the staff is very kind and helpful. Returns are easy. And having a rewards card helps stack up the savings!
Pleasant customer service and expediate checkout overall top-notch service. They had fully stocked shelves, the employees were easily recognized. Employees attended to me. Found everything we were looking for.
