Overall our experience was great. We have been fortunate that our company has been growing rapidly. Even though we hadn't heard of Acasi before, we decided to purchase equipment from them because their pricing was really good compared to some of the other equipment manufacturers we contacted, and the machines looked well built, unlike some of the Chinese products we also inquired about. Since we didn't have much experience with machines and equipment prior to this, we were thinking initially we needed a much bigger bottling line. After our conversations with the folks at Acasi, they quickly pointed out that the machines we were thinking about wouldn't make much sense for us at our current state and our projected growth, as it would have been a significantly costlier line and a complete overkill for us. Thanks for helping us save money! Their advice was extremely helpful and we felt we were being treated by honest and ethical people and not by some used-car sales guys trying to make a quick buck.
