Derek is amazingly talented. You can tell he loves pianos. He treats them as a precious instrument, not just a piece of furniture. He was prompt. He was very conscientious of health and social distancing. Such a pleasure to deal with his style of professionalism. We scheduled our next tuning for next year. Thanks Derek.

Derek was absolutely fantastic!!! He was so kind and willing to share his knowledge with us. My very old piano now sounds so much better. And we are excited for him to find back and do a few other repairs. He was very honest and made sure to let us know how much would be too much to put into an old rickety piano before it would just be better to get a new one. It's refreshing to have someone who is so honest and isn't just in it to get as much money as he can from you. I highly recommend him!! We will definitely be hiring him for any of our future piano needs.
