Got the roof on the Rv replaced. Travel trailers are made so cheaply these days. These guys offer a ten year or 18 year warranty. Looks good. If it lasts the ten years, it will be a solid investment. No one wants to spend money on a roof, but whatever. The guys have good customer service and the roof was done sooner than originally quoted, so it was a positive experience overall.

We had a A/C unit added to our pop up camper and I can't tell you guys how amazing our experience was from start to finish... we are so happy we choose this place ... Jeff the owner is supper nice and easy to talk to... we made a 45 minute drive to shop and it was so worth it...if you are looking for a place to get work done for ur RV/Camper this is totally your place they won't let you down.
I had Jeff and the guys replace the roof in my toy hauler and do some electrical work. The price was excellent and the quality of work was awesome. I highly recommend Accent RV. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
It pains me to say this, but this place fell really short to my expectations. I took my RV there to get some warranty work done and it took the business almost 7 months to give me my RV back. At first it was the manufacturers fault and in the end the manufacturer fixed their problem and then it became Accents fault. long story short, they were to fix some things on my RV that required repair. They fixed about 25% of the issues and it was extremely hard to get in contact with them. As a matter of fact, they still have my panels that the manufacturer sent them to fix and I could not get a hold of them to give them to me. In the end I cannot speak to their roof work as I would imagine they do good on. If you need anything other than roof work done, don't go here. Again it pains me to say this as I like to support small businesses, but if they would have been honest with me and communicated more effectively maybe my experience would have been better.

Top notch service, this is the way all businesses should run their customer service department. Great communication from start to finish, great quality work that they stand behind. I would highly recommend Accent RV to repair/replace your rv roof.
Great experience with them , I phoned them at the last minute, for A Thanksgiving Day in Glamis, picked my unit up a few hours later than their guesstimate , they finished what I couldn't. Highly recommend, they did fine by me. doesn't matter if I can't afford maintenance,I shouldnt own the rig. Thank You Accent RV
