We had an outstanding experience working with this company – and more specifically, with Steve Chaney – to install a vertical platform lift. I cannot imagine working with anyone other than Steve on this project (which I told him several times ). His deep knowledge of the nuances needed to achieve the proper access to our home combined with his thorough attention to every detail of the project led to excellent results. I would recommend Steve and NSM 1,000 times over to anyone in need of a VPL, a ramp, or any other type of work when it comes to access for someone in a wheelchair. I cannot imagine finding someone with superior knowledge of the industry, or better work ethic for that matter (which is equally as important). Thank you, Steve for the incredible work and the partnership along the way.
