This company calls from non-existing numbers like all of the spam bots do. I was also sent a letter by them claiming to be collecting on behalf of my credit card company, so I called my credit card company directly who assured me I have no outstanding debts that have not been paid. The “manager” asked me for more personal information than I was willing to give and refused to listen when I told him that I know for a fact that the supposed debt he is trying to collect on is bogus. Feels like fraud to me.

I received a call for someone today saying they worked for this place. With all the scams going around trying to get money from people I denied giving my social number. She than proceeds to get angry and yell at me saying she is going to hang up on me, as I am trying to figure out how we can find a way to verify authenticity and not a scam she won't barely let me get a word in. I throw out the name of the one place I have a debt with and she can't even answer that. So I take down her info and decide to research the company. Their web site is down. Convenient. So I pull up BBB they have an A so I guess they are real and most their paper work checks out. As BBB says their may be other licences that are not up to date. I wish BBB would take in account customer service. Very unprofessional! Unfortunately all these people pulling scams isn't making their job any easier but don't take it out on me.
This Michael guy somehow garnished every single penny from both of my bank accounts from a delinquent 1000 credit card from 2008! Turned into a 3800 bill which drained my accounts. This WEASEL laughed on the phone when I let him know my three children would be very hungry this week. Wouldn't let me make payments of any kind, just garnished everything from an 11 year old debt. Pathetic. Utterly pathetic.
One star is far too many for this corporation. I was speaking with 'Rachel' trying to understand how much money they owed me back due to garnishing me for an illegitimate 'debt' - and as she was yelling I asked her to stop she then asked that I 'shut my mouth' and proceeded to hang up on me. Of course I called back to file a formal complaint with the manager, I was directed back to 'Rachel ' - I am completely stunned you would have such an angry individual running this company. I've spoken with a few other individuals who were very pleasant, my concern is having someone of that nature being your general manager. As they say...it starts at the top. I highly suggest Rachel receive additional customer service training and/or anger management. As the other reviewer states, they come after you for illegitimate debts that have been PAID. I believe because they made this huge mistake, the manager Rachel decided to take her anger out on me. BEWARE!!
