Lori has been my go to for everything hearing aid! I been wearing hearing aids from the age of 6 and this is the best service I’ve ever had. She’s always willing to help and strives for me to get the best sound possible! She also made me some molds for the range they’re great so comfortable much better than wearing bulky ear protection that is costly and uncomfortable. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she’s done over the years.

Sooooo happy with my hearing aids ... I honestly thought everyone was mumbling!! Some people I could hear fine and others I couldn’t make out what they were saying. :(. Lori is amazing!! She explained so much that no one had ever told me before. I got my set and I could not be happier. It’s honestly a life changer. I wish to God I had not waited so long :( But very happy. Lori has been my Hearing Specialist for a good while now, and I'll tell ya, she's a life saver! One of the friendliest people you'll ever meet & a great sense of humor. I actually look forwards to stopping in when I have a problem. She offers all of the new tech, but is willing to help maintain older models if that's your jive. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I took my mother to this clinic to get her first pair of hearing aids. Not only is it a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding customer service but we haven’t had any problems with the hearing aids! Seeing a loved one struggle to be able to engage in conversations has been heart breaking for me. Mentally my mother was always there but physically she had difficulty engaging! Now all of that is back and I couldn’t be happier. Recommend 10/10
