Honest and fair shop. Been taking my vehicles here for the last five or six years. No frills, no fraud. Another shop I went to in my neighborhood insisted I needed 2000k in work... Accurate looked at my car over and confirmed the other shop was full of it. This is the sort of shop that's great if you already know your way around a car, but don't have time for DIY maintenance.

I had my f350 towed here because of a soft break issue. I called them and had it towed on Monday because they said they could get to it on Tuesday. Every other place I called said they couldn't get to it until Wednesday. They ultimately didn't get to it until Thursday and it was done on Friday! When I picked the truck up there were connectors for something on the floorboard of the driver side the under dash panel was still removed and not replaced. When I called them about it and they didn't seem to care they just told me to pop back in. They didn't ask if I would come back in to replace said they didn't apologize for not being replaced they just wear like you do it and put it back. The repairs cost me almost 700 and they couldn't take the time to put everything back into place. Yes they did the work, Yes it was fixed but the way that they did the work by not putting everything back together especially after spending almost 700 was very frustrating, and their lack of caring about them not doing it a professional job Flatout made me angry. This is the first time I have ever given it a less than three star rating, and they very much deserve a less than three star rating.

Lack professionalism and efficiency. Good pricing, but not worth the ridiculous amount of time taken to check and do simple repairs. Seem to be unaware of the inconvenience of not having a car for hours on end. Communication is a mess. No masks on any employees including the secretary.

Joe and Denny will have your car fixed right the first time without costing you an arm and a leg. My son had his car another place for almost 2 weeks and they couldn't fix the problem. Joe squeezed him in and it was done in 2 hours.
