WOW. I will always go to specialty stores instead of Amazon from now on. I needed to repair my crystal bracelets and had already ordered needles, elastic, and glue based on a Youtube recommendation lol. One at a time, John told me why each of my purchases was the wrong decision, hahaha. He showed me longer needles to make life easier, much stronger elastic, and told me the glue is actually more damaging.. Very well informed, passionate about what he does, and really values the costumer. He even showed me the best way to knot the bracelet. Super great experience. Thanks!
