Wrote a factual statement regarding my experience when trying to end a three year contract due to moving. I was never offered a month to month service during the crisis in which I had the system activated. Now, I have been told I should have asked. Had lived in home for 7 years. Had door camera installed and upgraded system for non line line and paid 400 to do so. All the door/window censors were previously installed by the builder. Paid 500 to get out of my contract and when posted my experience with BBB I received a phone call from Jay to \bless me out\ for my factual statements. He also sent me an email telling me, \I hate to see that you think bashing us online and trying to hurt a small business will make you feel better...\ none of this business with this company has made me feel better. Get your information in writing with this company before proceeding as we had many \misunderstandings

David came out and got all of our cameras working and then took extra time to help me set everything up so that it Provided me with the features I specifically wanted. Everything was done completely and no stray and left by the time he departed. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I would definitely not recommend this company. They are dishonest and have terrible customer service. I was told incorrect information before changing my system to cell monitoring after getting rid of my landline. After contacting the company I was informed the incorrect information i was given by their associates was my word against theirs. I then was forced to pay 90 for a one minute service call to retrieve the installer code on my own alarm system. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever received from any service company. Reply to the owner's response: Very interesting how quick the response on my review of this company was posted. I can only say, any reputable company that would first of all, place a customers name in response to a factual review and also call their system outdated (which they installed by the way... I hope they have contacted all of their customers who built houses prior to 2005 such as mine and informed them of their outdated systems as my notification must have gotten lost in the mail), Speaks for itself??? (Interestingly enough, since my name was used in that manner, Betsy, the office manager, did advice that the owner whom is listed as the author in their response was named Jay Stone, and although there were numerous messages left and transfers to his voicemail over the last 2 weeks, I have yet to speak or attempted to be contacted by him. I will leave with this, read the rest of the Super great reviews and I think people will read between the lines.
Loving our new security system from ACE-HTI!! It’s state of the art, updated technology and really easy to use. My favorite part is the app I can use. Very professional installers. Thanks for everything!
