For a week I could not find a perfect and reasonable priced dumpster service in the Perryhall area. I googled it extensively and found this family owned business with great prices and promised great services. I contacted them immediately and got their service fast with great price. I am extremely satisfied with their business service.
I’ve used ACE twice and they’re always awesome, best price in town and very forthcoming about their policies on weight limits etc. Always answered the phone and were pleasant. The drivers were extremely friendly and took care not to damage my property. Would recommend to anyone.
The customer service was excellent. It's been awhile so I don't remember names, but the people I spoke to were kind and professional. The cost was fair and upfront, no hidden fees. I think my only complaint was trying to get the thing picked up when I was done. They came and got it WELL after they were supposed to. Now, they didn't charge me for those days (I actually finished up with it early), but trying to get someone out there to pick it up was difficult. However, they were responsive to all of my phone calls and remained professional. I will absolutely use this service again.
Best customer service, every-time I called I got respect and they treat you like you're there only customer. I always heard horror stories about companies saying that you were over weight. I even called to make sure everything was fine, THIS PLACE WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. I will do business with them again.
