I have ordered tickets on two occasions through ACE tickets. Not only have I not had any issues, they gave me a free upgrade on (4) seats because tickets that I ordered for Pearl Jam at Fenway had been bought by another person 10 seconds before I bought them. They called me, informed me of the issue and offered me better seats at the same price (as my original tickets). So I got 235 seats for the price of 189 seats all without any effort on my part. I will definitely be a returning customer with great service like that!!
