Went with them years back because of the lifetime warranty, now that it's coming off turns out I need the original receipt even though their logo is clearly embedded in the tint. Best they can do is charge me again but waive the 5 cleaning. You'd think if they cared about the customer they'd have a copy somewhere on their system. Don't bother. I'll go somewhere else. Live and learn.
