Audiologist and staff are courteous and professional. I responded to one of the product offers I received after an earlier hearing exam. The trial period offer made it easy to select one of the newest models, which I had researched online. The initial setup was excellent and instructions from the audiologist were very clear and thorough. I'm very pleased with the results.
