I have been very disappointed in Acme, I never leave reviews but I have been very unhappy with the help and support I have received. My salesman has been very rude and I can never get ahold of him. Generally speaking, it takes two voicemails and a couple text messages and then I may hear back from him a week later. First I told them ahead of time the date I needed my brick out, they said no problem, I paid for about half of the brick and left. I kept in contact and asked when the brick would be delivered and they kept telling me it was on schedule. The day my brick mason was supposed to start they tell me that I had to pay everything up front before they would even start shipping the brick from ARKANSAS! They were two weeks late and because of this my mason had to start on another project and mine was held up by an additional month. Now the company won’t take my returns until they come out and inspect them, that’s fine except I have been waiting for two weeks and they just now informed me of that policy and say it’ll be next week before they (might) come out. They are holding my project up because the won’t come get the returns.

Be cautious about what you buy here. No support for malfunctioning locks, etc unless manufactured by Acme. Service is better from other suppliers if you can find what you need from another place, get it there!

Great friendly sales staff, loader is very resourceful. Always a pleasant expeirience. They help me choose colors and get me what I need. Giant Showroom is literally a huge sample of products, no guessing what the products will look like you get to touch them before ordering. And they are located in town not 40 miles away.

Neither employee was interested in help my husband and I find any material to repair our brick damage. I would definitely not recommend Acme brick
