After 10 years with this company it has really gone down hill. They started sending us the wrong sized items, shorting us materials and then double billing us for them when we asked to have them sent in accordance to our original purchase. Then, they assessed us late fees for not paying invoices in time that were already in dispute. They even went so far as to freeze our account without bothering to let us know beforehand. They do not stand behind their products adequately and are not very responsive in dealing with orders in a timely fashion. If this is how they treat a customer that has been there for over 10 years, I can only imagine what they will do to newcomers. Unless you enjoy a good headache, I'd recommend finding a more professionally run operation. That's what we have done.

I am a delivery driver for ward trucking and I delivered to acme four out of five days a week the lumber service there gets me in and out in a reasonable amount of time without any issues and they're supervisor on point making my service to acme exceptional
I called to try and get an estimate on a job. Couldn't get anyone to return my call. Not a huge job but lost my business in excess of 3K. If they can't even return a phone call not sure I would contract them to make any product. Went with someone else.
After I read some bad reviews I was concerned about my time coming here. My appointment was 8am on 7/10. I checked in at 8 and was out by 8.40 The lumper service guy very very quick unload very fast. I would definitely come back
Im not at all surprised by all the negative reviews I see here. For some reason these people are incredibly rude and frankly, unprofessional. And clearly it’s not just me. It’s unfortunate that the folks in SR have created such an unpleasant and potentially hostile workplace for their employees, customers, and delivery drivers. I wish it could be otherwise, but I just don’t see it ever changing. It would be a simple and easy fix if these people would just start “doing unto others” and stop doing the “my way or the highway” routine. If you can avoid this place you should. And I take no pleasure in saying so...
