Michael put in my sewer. He did a great job but finishing the job and getting my permits turned in was a hassle. He said he would be back on a Monday to complete the job, didn't come until Wednesday. The permit needed to be turned in before 5 that Thursday to get my electricity turned on. Now I'm waiting an extra week. Not only did he have terrible following through with the paperwork... He yelled at me over the phone. I tried to explain I wasn't complaining about the job he had performed. In my 33 years I have never been yelled at by a man. I'm disturbed to think this is a normal business practice. I was hesitant to write a poor review because he did the job well.
