Everyone one at Action Seating & Mobility is amazing. They’ve come to my house when needed. They even can after hours to help me when a tire fell off on the side of the road. I’d recommend them over and over again. Best company I’ve ever had.
Keith is awesome! He genuinely listened to my concerns, explained his answers thoroughly, and set up a time to meet so he could evaluate our current wheelchair situation. At the meeting, he took time to clean parts of the chair we couldn’t reach, and assessed the worn out parts. He could’ve just quoted us a new chair, but this one has a sturdy frame. It only needed a few minor replacements. He is receptive to my special needs sister’s condition, by being professional & kind.
Client was checked and rechecked in her new seating until all was perfect. The patience and knowledge of the technician was impeccable. And I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to this establishment.
